A warrant was issued for his arrest on Wednesday, January 7, 2015, and he was located and arrested in East Palo Alto on February 10, 2015. Banks is also believed to be responsible for similar burglaries throughout Palo Alto, Menlo Park and Redwood City.

“Crimes like these are solved through thorough and tenacious investigations, as well as collaboration with our law enforcement partners,” said Detective Andrew Wong. “This arrest is a great example of that partnership and communication – keeping our communities safe.”
