On Monday, September 22, 2014 at around 11:49AM, a woman was walking along Dale Avenue when a male subject walking in the opposite direction (northbound) was seen exposing himself and masturbating. The suspect is described as a Middle Eastern male with dark skin between 30-40 years old, 6′ tall and about 200 pounds with black, medium length hair and a beard.
At the time of the incident, the suspect was wearing a blue polo shirt with light colored stripes and dark blue jeans. The victim noticed the suspect get into what appeared to be a silver Mercedes and head west on Continental Circle from Dale Avenue.

On Sunday, September 21, 2014 at around 7:20PM, officers responded to the 600 block of Showers Drive on the report of a subject acting strangely in front of Walmart. The subject, who was located by officers and later identified as suspect Diondre CynicalCobb, reportedly physically and verbally assaulted the victim. Suspect CynicalCobb was arrested for 422 (Criminal Threats) and 220 (Assault to Commit Rape or Other Forcible Acts) of the California Penal Code.

On Saturday, September 20, 2014 at around 9:16PM, an officer responded to the 200 block of Bonny Street on the report of an audible security alarm. When the officer arrived at the residence, he noticed an open side garage door and heard male voices coming from inside the garage/backyard area. Shortly thereafter, the officer heard subjects jumping over the south side of the fence.
As additional officers arrived on-scene, two subjects were seen riding bicycles away from the fence line of the residence. The subjects ignored the officers request to stop and fled in two different directions. Suspect Kevin Mael was apprehended while a perimeter was set-up for the other suspect later identified as suspect Francisco Leos. Both were arrested for 459 (Residential Burglary), 182 (Conspiracy) and 148(a)(1) (Resisting, Obstructing or Delaying Arrest) of the California Penal Code.

You know, ‘Citizen reported two suspecious males with lawnmowers and rakes standing on the neighbor’s lawn.”
