On Sunday, April 19, 2015 at around 2:00PM three individuals entered a business on the 1000 block of North Rengstorff Avenue and opened a fraudulent credit card account using someone else’s personal information. These three individuals — suspects we would like your assistance in identifying — then attempted to purchase over $5,000.00 worth of goods with the newly established account. Through our investigation, we also learned the suspects were likely responsible for using the same victim’s information to open up fraudulent credit card accounts at businesses in San Mateo and San Carlos.
The female suspect is described as Hispanic, approximately 5’7″, 160 pounds and possibly pregnant. She also had an unidentifiable tattoo on her right, upper forearm and a partial tattoo with the name “Jose” on the back of her neck. The two male suspects were described as Hispanic, approximately 5’9″ and 170 pounds. Additionally, these three suspects were seen driving away in a black Ford Expedition pictured below.
If you have any information about these individuals, please contact Community Services Officer Loo at 650-903-6362 and reference case number 15-2056. Media inquires can be directed to Sgt. Saul Jaeger at 650-903-6345 or policepio@mountainview.gov.
