On May 18, 2015 at around 2:17PM officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of North Rengstorff Avenue on the report of a grand theft from a vehicle. The suspect stole a handbag that contained a wallet, credit card, cash and other personal items from the victim’s vehicle.
The suspect (pictured above) is described as a Hispanic female, 5’8″ with a heavy build and brown hair pulled up into a bun. She was wearing a red, white and blue zip-up hoodie with a white star on the front, a white t-shirt, blue jeans and was carrying a large black and white handbag.
After stealing the victim’s handbag, the suspect is seen picked up by a small, purple colored truck (possibly a Ford or Toyota) with a dark camper shell and a missing rear passenger side hubcap.
