On Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at around 12:00pm John Erwin III walked away from his residence located at 2400 Gabriel Avenue in Mountain View. He is considered at-risk for medical reasons.
Mr. Erwin is described as a 32 year-old black male, 5’09” and 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with green cargo pants and grey flip flops. Additionally, he is clean shaven with short brown hair and frequents the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Agency (VTA) system. Mr. Erwin does have his wallet with him along with his VTA card.
